I started using Lawn Doctor last year. My service technician Sandy is awesome. He greets my wife or I with a smile and a friendly hello if we happen to be home when he's there to service our lawn. Last year since we started the service, he made it a point to introduce himself to me when he was in my neighborhood taking care of one of my neighbor's lawns since we weren't home the first couple of times that he applied the fertilizer/insecticide to our lawn. Great customer service! He is very knowledgeable and If he has any recommendations for our lawn, he will usually call me discuss them with me. After fertilizing my lawn myself for some years, I'm glad that I starting using Lawn Doctor. I can see a bit improvement in my lawn after just one year of service. ~ Carl P

My front and back lawn was basically all dead and filled with weeds. I received quotes from companies to fully rip and sod the lawn and the cost was astronomical - they claimed this was really the only way to do it right. I then met with Lawn Doctor who said they could bring the lawn back to life for a MUCH lesser cost - as long as i was willing to give it a season or two. I subscribed to their power seeding and fertilizer program this past spring - and in one season alone my lawn looks amazing. It'll take another season before it's perfect. But i am amazed with the progress and the cost savings. Absolutely recommend if you need a full lawn "replacement" like mine, or just to keep up seeding and fertilizing on a periodic basis. 10/10. ~ Randy K

This is the third year that I've had Lawn Doctor service my lawn. Previously, I applied various products, by guessing, over many years with some success. But, and here is the reason that I called Lawn Doctor, certain ugly problems kept reoccurring in the hot months of summer year after year. My neighbor's lawn was to be admired all season long. I asked him about Lawn Doctor because I saw their truck many times at their home and working on their beautiful lawn. The rest is history. Not only do I love & enjoy looking and playing games with my family outdoors, but it's a pleasure for me to know that I do not need to do the hours of work. And, the cost is less, if the Lawn Doctor knowledge base plus the high quality of their products is factored in. As I have implied, I'm very happy with this investment in my property. I was very discouraged with my lawn. It was overloaded with weeds and everything else you don’t want growing on your lawn, and I knew I needed more attention than I was able to give so after speaking with my neighbor who uses Lawn Doctor, I decided to contact them and listen to what they could offer. After agreeing on a package, I was quite surprised because they sent their technician, Noel, within a day or two to do the first treatment. First impression, he was extremely professional and knowledgeable which is always a plus. Noel took the time to explain to my husband and me the entire process and answer any questions we had. I felt confident that he knew exactly what my lawn needed. It’s been about 5 weeks since my first treatment, but I already see a major difference. My weeds are gone, and my grass is full and healthy. Our lawn had not been treated in a few years. We had overwhelming weeds, and many bad areas. Lawn Dr. came out, and assessed the lawn by walking the property with us. We shared our concerns, and they told us what was achievable, and what it would take. When the first weed treatment didn't work completely, they came back out (no charge) to do a second treatment. We have to say, the treatments really worked - and our lawn looks amazing! We highly recommend Lawn Dr. - they were responsive, listened to our concerns, and did everything they could to "make it right". Will continue to use and recommend this service. ~ R F

I have had four years of experience with Lawn Doctor. The service is much more professional than with Tru Green that I used in the past. The area manager for Lawn Doctor visited in person to assess the lawn condition. They are always are reponsive whn I call with questions. The area tech is always on time, polite and communicative. These conditions all trump the experience that I had with Tru Green in the past. The lawn condition after several years of treatment from Lawn Doctor has shown measurable improvement. I am writing to express my EXTREME SATISFACTION IN LAWN DOCTOR. Since the purchase of my home, I have used a very large and popular Westchester competitor, believing they were the best. My lawn & trees never looked healthy, they were rude & unprofessional. After complaining to my neighbor of how unhappy I was with my lawn & service, I was recommended to try Lawn Doctor. After speaking to helpful caring staff, I expressed my concern about my pets. They thoroughly explained the Lawn Doctor process and showed actual concern for my pets on how they use organic products. When the Lawn Doctor technicians showed up to work on the lawn & trees they were so professional, friendly and proud to work for Lawn Doctor. My lawn has never looked better since Lawn Doctor rescued it. Even through this rough winter my lawn looks great. I recommend The Lawn Doctor to anyone who wants and a beautiful lawn. ~ rose r

I have been using lawn doctor since I owned my home for over 15 years. Lawn Doctor provides me with everything from 6 stages of fertilizer, 5 tick spray treatments, and 1 power seeding and grub control annually in addition to spot spraying weeds should they pop up. Despite having 3 dogs, my lawn is green and healthy. Noel has been one of my regular technicians for as long as I can remember. He does a thorough job at each visit. He is friendly and easy to talk to and always has a professional demeanor. He also always calls me before entering the property to make sure my dogs are secure so they do not escape when he opens the gate. ~ Brian M

My lawn had taken a beating the past 3 years as the front and parts of back in the most sun were filled with weeds. My previous lawn fertilizing company was not recommending anything new, other than having added more irrigation. I am really pleased at how the Lawn Doctor's spring enhancement (lime and humic acid) and weed killers have immediately greened my lawn and seem to have taken care of the bulk of the weeds. I'm amazed! I realize it is late May, when everyone's lawn looks the best. I am counting on Lawn Doctor's continual care to turn my lawn around and have it look great all summer long. ~ Sharon K

I have been using Lawn Doctor for a number of years after trying other companies who claimed they came to the house when in fact they never showed up. I am very pleased to have made the switch to Lawn Doctor. They are professional and the quality of their work shows in how good my lawn is doing. They are also. very accomodating when I need them to come earlier in the day as I have 3 dogs who use the yard. They are also reasonably priced in comparison to other places. What is very interesting is that they do a yard "analysis" so that you know exactly what you need to do to keep your yard pristine and beautiful! ~ shima c

I have been using Lawn Doctor for the past 4 years. Our technician, Noel, is truly wonderful!!! Whenever I have questions about our lawn (and I often have questions!!) Noel takes the time to explain and answer all of my questions and to address any issues that I have. He is very professional and knowledgeable about his company and his job. This is the first time we are using Lawn Doctor. A beautiful lawn is very important to me, I am very impressed the way Brandon explained the lawn care program. I have been using Lawn Doctor for many years now. They have been very reliable. I use the basic service and my lawn looks great. Whenever I interact with their staff , the staff is very polite, helpful, and a pleasure to deal with. The do periodically provide information on additional services I may wish to consider but are never pushy, which I very much appreciate. I have used other lawn care companies in the past but once I used Lawn Doctor there has never been a reason to consider another company. And their rates are vey competitive. ~ Robert D

Lawndoctor keeps my lawn green and lush all year long. Everybody compliments me on how great the lawn looks. I could not be more satisfied. As for service, they are top notch. The lawn Dr has been servicing my lawn for the past few years this year, I’m seeing my grass looking so much better healthier and much much greener. The service is extremely great, they send me a text letting me know when they will be at my home to provide the service, I get another email letting me know what has been done to the lawn and suggestion that maybe needed to the lawn if I want it done. I live in Stamford, CT and Lawn Doctor cares for my lawn. I have been using their company for about 4 years now and it has been a wonderful experience. They brought my lawn back to life and I couldn't be more happier. My family enjoys sitting out on the lawn during the summertime, especially my grand son. When I moved into our Weston CT house the lawn was all weeds. Basically only green due to crabgrass. I hired the Lawn Doctor last fall in 2023 and my lawn currently looks like a golf course. I don't know how they did it, but Noel and his team are miracle workers. Noel even stopped by to do a treatment but the kids were playing and he kindly and generously said he would come back later in the week. If you are considering having the best grass in the neighborhood (which I defiantly do) then hire the Lawn Doctor- they are worth every penny. ~ Liza C

I am the type of home owner who expects the vendors we hire to do the work we contracted and do it efficiently and effectively. The lawn and shrubs are of course affected by the weather but the care and advice I receive from Lawn Doctor has been fantastic and when the weather adversely affects the lawn and tree/shrub growth I look at the problem, call them and they are quickly there resolving it. I have been using Lawn Doctor of Westchester County for 6 years now for fertilization and weed control and they provide excellent service at a reasonable cost. They contact me before the service with the date for service and are very cooperative if I want it delayed or rescheduled. Lawn Doctor keeps my lawn in great condition for reasonable prices each summer. They come out 6-7 per summer for various applications. They always text and e-mail one day in advance of the appointment. You get a detailed write up after each visit. They also send periodic email updates with recommendations for watering based on weather patterns. I was impressed they did not raise prices during this inflation boom even though their own costs must be going up. I highly recommend this service. ~ Russell B

I needed to say more about my experience with Lawn Doctor over the years with them and their techs especially Sandy. Very profession company to deal with and constant communication with me as a customer. I had my own business for over 15 years and I feel like they are treating me as I did my own. Sandy has done both properties and consistently makes my lawn look the best in the neighborhood. Every neighbor comments on my property and how green it looks all year. Lawn Doctor has been a major part of the transformation of my lawn over the past two years. It now looks consistently really good! The spring core aeration and the power seeding in the fall are absolutely key! I have purchased my own organic Contact weed killer and am only doing natural lawn fertilizer now. Noel and Lawn Doctor of Fairfield County are fantastic. We bought our home and the lawns were lush and beautiful. We tried doing our own soil testing and application of recommended fertilizers and pesticides and within 2 years it was a disaster. We called in Noel. Noel shows up as promised, returns promptly for any pop up weeds, and the lawn looks amazing. Truly a great value and Noel is a great guy. He even puts up with our dogs. ~ Jake B
