I started using Lawn Doctor last year. My service technician Sandy is awesome. He greets my wife or I with a smile and a friendly hello if we happen to be home when he's there to service our lawn. Last year since we started the service, he made it a point to introduce himself to me when he was in my neighborhood taking care of one of my neighbor's lawns since we weren't home the first couple of times that he applied the fertilizer/insecticide to our lawn. Great customer service! He is very knowledgeable and If he has any recommendations for our lawn, he will usually call me discuss them with me. After fertilizing my lawn myself for some years, I'm glad that I starting using Lawn Doctor. I can see a bit improvement in my lawn after just one year of service. ~ Carl P
This is the third year that I've had Lawn Doctor service my lawn. Previously, I applied various products, by guessing, over many years with some success. But, and here is the reason that I called Lawn Doctor, certain ugly problems kept reoccurring in the hot months of summer year after year. My neighbor's lawn was to be admired all season long. I asked him about Lawn Doctor because I saw their truck many times at their home and working on their beautiful lawn. The rest is history. Not only do I love & enjoy looking and playing games with my family outdoors, but it's a pleasure for me to know that I do not need to do the hours of work. And, the cost is less, if the Lawn Doctor knowledge base plus the high quality of their products is factored in. As I have implied, I'm very happy with this investment in my property. My front and back lawn was basically all dead and filled with weeds. I received quotes from companies to fully rip and sod the lawn and the cost was astronomical - they claimed this was really the only way to do it right. I then met with Lawn Doctor who said they could bring the lawn back to life for a MUCH lesser cost - as long as i was willing to give it a season or two. I subscribed to their power seeding and fertilizer program this past spring - and in one season alone my lawn looks amazing. It'll take another season before it's perfect. But i am amazed with the progress and the cost savings. Absolutely recommend if you need a full lawn "replacement" like mine, or just to keep up seeding and fertilizing on a periodic basis. 10/10. ~ Randy K
